Melani and Tyler’s winter engagement session at Webster Park Pier was nothing short of magical. Despite the 32-degree temperature, their love brought all the warmth we needed. The soft winter light reflecting off Lake Ontario gave us a dreamy, romantic backdrop, and these two embraced every moment of it—literally.
Melani looked stunning in a black dress with dotted tulle sleeves and a fringe detail that danced with every breeze. Tyler’s relaxed grey button-down was the perfect complement, letting their connection shine through. While the chill in the air may have lingered, their smiles and laughter made it easy to forget the cold.
We chose Webster Park Pier in Webster, NY for its peaceful shoreline and open skies. It’s a location that feels quiet and personal, which made it ideal for their session. Even in winter, the neutral tones and soft light created a timeless look.
Throughout the session, they held each other close, shared inside jokes, and laughed between takes. These candid moments are my favorite to capture because they show the real magic of a couple’s bond.
This summer, Melani and Tyler will tie the knot at Locust Hill Country Club in Pittsford, NY. It’s a stunning venue known for its lush greens and elegant charm. I can’t wait to photograph their big day in a completely different season—with sunshine, florals, and all the joy that comes with a summer wedding.
